DESCRIPTION
Our units consist of Shipping Containers, converted to these sized Storage Units mentioned above.
Containers are water proofed and RSS undertakes to keep all units free of water leaks.
All units are treated against white ants (termites), when vacated, before the new tenant moves in.
All necessary precautions are taken to safe guard the premises against rats, rodents or any creeping insects and fire.
SECURITY
The RSS premises are secured by a 3 meter fully electrified fence.
A second fence exists, bordering the electric fence.
The purpose of the second fence is to form an ostrich camp to further enhance security at the RSS premises.
Furthermore 24 hours security is maintained.
LOCATION
RSS is closely situated to the N1 motorway, exit 9 Vanderbijlpark/ Potchefstroom (approximately 9km from Vanderbijlpark)) behind Little Egypt Supermarket.
The RSS premises do not have squatter camps on our perimeters, and is also not situated close to a heavy Industrial areas.
OPERATIONS
The tenant provides his/her own padlock and keys, thus, RSS has no access to the unit.
Leases are month to month on a calendar month basis.
You will be required to give notice in writing to the office no later that the 15th of the month in which you wish to vacate the unit. However, should you require the unit beyond the notice date, please advise us and you remain in the unit and will be required to pay the next month’s rental.
Prospective tenants need to arrange their own transport for the goods that need to be stored.
Referrals to professional Removers will be made by RSS as and when required.
After hours access to the RSS premises can be arranged with management on an exception basis.
No person is allowed on the premises with bolt cutters. If you require your unit to be opened, please arrange with management.
